We take it seriously. After all, you're here to have fun, not to create a source of income. If you ever feel it's becoming an issue, we're here to fully support you. Here are some of the options available to support and protect you.
You should never gamble out of your comfort zone. We've got plenty of options to help you limit your play. Find them by clicking ‘My Account’, then 'Responsible Gaming’ and we advise that you decide on your financial limits before you start to play.
On our casino you can control your game play with 4 different types of limits that we offer:
This functionality is available through the Account > Responsible Gaming section when logged in, or by contacting our customer service team by email firstname.lastname@example.org or live chat and you can adjust these limits whenever you choose to.
The financial limits may be reduced immediately at any time if you feel the need. Any request to increase or remove a financial limit is subject to a 7-day “cool off” period. You will need to confirm the increase or removal request once the “cool off” period has ended in order for the requested change to take effect - please contact the customer service team to provide this confirmation. The original limit will remain active until then and in case you no longer want the change.
The reality check is a feature which will allow you to set a reminder informing you of the time you have spent playing on the site. This facility is available through the Account> Responsible Gaming > Reality Check section or by contacting the customer service team by email or live chat. The reality check timer will start as soon as you place your first bet and will continue until you either reach your reminder limit or log out of your account.
When you reach your selected time period you will be presented with a pop up message advising you of this and providing you with the following options which you will need to choose from:
The reality check reminder will continue to appear at the selected intervals until you log-out of your account.
If you fancy a break you're more than welcome to set a “time-out” period via our website in Account > Responsible Gaming > Time-Out or via our customer support team who are here if you need any help. You can request a Time-Out period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Your account will automatically be available for use after the Time-Out period has ended.
If you decide you don’t want to play anymore we are here to help and offer you a self-exclusion option. This is a formal process, whereby you choose to close your account for a minimum period of 7 days. During the chosen period, all online accounts that you hold with MT SecureTrade Limited, will be subject to your self-exclusion request. Any remaining balances in your account/s will be returned to you. If you would like to self-exclude, you can do so by contacting the customer support team by email or live chat. Once you have chosen to self-exclude, the process cannot be reversed for any reason and you will not be able to apply to open new accounts.
If you decide you don’t want to play anymore we are here to help and offer you a self-exclusion option. This is a formal process, whereby you choose to close your account for a minimum period of 6 months up to permanent self-exclusion. During the chosen period, all online accounts that you hold with MT SecureTrade Limited and Betit Operations Limited, will be subject to your self-exclusion request. Any remaining balances in your account/s will be returned to you. This facility is available through the Account > Responsible Gaming section or by contacting the customer support team by email or live chat.
Once you have chosen to self-exclude, the process cannot be reversed for any reason and you will not be able to apply to open new accounts.
Once the self-exclusion period has expired, your accounts will remain closed unless you contact us by telephone to reactivate (no other method of contact is permitted for this purpose). Once a reactivation request has been received, a further 24-hour ‘cooling off’ period applies.
